We so appreciate you coming all the way to Tuscany for our special day, so we want to make sure it feels like a holiday for you too!

Below are some travel tips to help you when flying in. We would really recommend either hiring a car, or pairing up with some other guests that have a car so that you can get around.

Flying in to Florence Airport

If you’re flying in from Europe, the biggest airport is Florence Amerigo Vespucci Airport.

It is a 1 to 1.5 hour trip from the airport to Volterra or Villa di Ulignano.

Flying in to Pisa Airport

If you’re flying in from Europe, you could even fly into Pisa International airport, however there may be less options.

It is a 1 to 1.5 hour trip from the airport to Volterra or Villa di Ulignano.

Flying in to Rome Airport

If you’re flying from outside of Europe, and you want to avoid too many flight connections you can fly into Rome International.

The drive is significantly further (3.5 hours), but isn’t particularly difficult.

Staying Over

The closest town to the wedding venue is Volterra, and we would recommend that our guests try to book around here or within a 20 minute radius of Villa di Ulignano.
